The sensors CPT***0 are piezo-resistive pressure sensorsbased on ***** one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of thick filmtechnology. Because of the excellent chemical resistance no additionalprotection is normally required. The sensors are designed in such a way so thattemperature changes and overloading do not cause any loss in reliability. Theuse of ceramic ensures high linearity across the entire range of measurementand reduces effects of hysteresis to a minimum. The sensors are thermal compensatedby laser adjustable PTC resistors.
